A child sex offender who went into an elementary school dressed in costume in 2019 was sentenced today by a Utah County judge. In 2016, in a plea deal, Paul Bryant pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated sexual abuse of two children. He did two years in jail, never went to prison, and was ordered to be on the sex offender registry throughout his lifetime. That means he's not allowed to go into schools, but he did so anyway.
