A former Utah Highway Patrol trooper has been charged with multiple felony counts of child sex abuse. Bryan Bruce Adams, 45, of Monticello was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and two counts of forcible sexual abuse – all felonies. Adams was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of lewdness involving a child. According to court documents, Adams exposed himself to three children between October 2019 and October 2021.
