Last year I pulled up a small tree in the front yard and the root ball looked interesting so I let it dry and carved a beautiful cane out of it. I take you through the steps of shaping, sanding and forming the handle before moving on to carve a variable spiral design on the shaft of the cane. All finished with Teak oil and polished up to a smooth shine. Hope you enjoy the build and let me know your thoughts!
