There are many different forms of naked yoga classes available but the ones that sound better in my opinion are those performed in near dark conditions - just with candlelight to illuminate the yoga class. The naked yoga students and yoga instructors remain on their own yoga mats throughout the class and strict protocols are followed to enable the students to feel comfortable performing naked yoga.
